Cleaning fee included however if the unit smells like it has been
smoked in or damages is done to the property,an additional fee will

The exceptions to rental rates is special events weeks. please e-
mail
for those rates. If a special event takes place in the month that
someone is renting, then that person just gets lucky. They have the
whole month.
