Urban's Coastal Resort Condo in Myrtle Beach

Resort regulations require that at least one person occupying the
rental unit must be 23 years of age. Strictly enforced!

Our ocean view condo is located on the second floor, unit #217.  We have it furnished and equipped to offer you and your family much, much more than any hotel/motel room ever could.

This unit has two bedrooms, two full baths, central heat/air conditioning and will accommodate six guests. The master bedroom provides a queen size bed, closet space, full private bath, TV and telephone; the second bedroom provides two twin size beds with dresser and closet space.

The comfortable living room has a queen size sleeper sofa, color/cable 32" TV with  DVD, a few movies provided.

Both living room and dining rooms have sliding glass doors for a great view of the pool area of Lakewood Campground next door and easy access to our balcony. There is a wonderful view of the ocean to the East as you relax out on the balcony. The morning sun will greet you, as you enjoy your morning coffee.

The fully equipped kitchen includes dishes, silverware and a selection of cooking utensils. In addition to the refrigerator, range and dishwasher, a microwave oven, blender, toaster, can opener, mixer, coffee maker, iron/ironing board, vacuum cleaner, popcorn maker and even a vegetable steamer and crock pot are provided.

For your convenience an answering machine and cordless telephone are also provided. A coin operated laundry is just a few doors away and we are only one unit from the elevator.

We do not offer daily maid service, however, we have arranged to have housekeeping service prior to and at the end of your stay; exit cleaning. This will include one set of bed and bath linens for six guests. Also provided are personal soap, toilet tissue and paper towels, dish soap, dish detergent and laundry detergent.

Myrtle Beach Resort is a full amenity, oceanfront vacation destination. A self-contained resort on 34 acres of oceanfront with 750 feet of sandy beach. The resort is within minutes of 4 major malls, specialty shops, hundreds of restaurants for every budget and palate, an amusement park, golf courses, 2 piers for strolling or fishing, night clubs and musical theaters as well as other entertainment facilities.

The Myrtle Beach Jetport is only 7 miles from our resort.
A very distinctive front main gate, 24 hour roving security as well as a 24 hour manned security gate. Handicapped beach access, picnic areas with grills throughout the resort.

Playground, basketball court, shuffleboard, bocci ball and sand volleyball. Poolside snack bar on site, deli, oceanfront cabana bar and grill with daily entertainment in season.

Sculptured lagoons, lighted tennis courts, six swimming pools, including 1 heated pool and a large oceanfront pool, 4 whirlpools and 3 sauna/steam rooms. Roof top sun decks for sunning or star gazing, game room (located on main floor of the Renasisance Tower building behind Deli) and a convenience store for that needed milk or loaf of bread.

ATM on site at elevators in the RenaissanceTower building also at the office located behind our security gate.  Luggage carts are available at elevators.

Our Lazy River water play area includes a 375ft heated lazy river (April 1-Nov 1 weather permitting), snack bar, large jacuzzi, rainmaker umbrellas, plunge pool, a kiddy pool along with other fun to do water things.

Programs of activities, in season, for children. Cabana bar with nightly entertainment (seasonal). Families can now enjoy all these wonderful activities only minutes from our unit.

security car pass and 12% South Carolina taxes.

A security deposit of $250.00 is due 30 days prior to arrival date. This security deposit is refundable, after inspection and keys are returned.  We return security deposits as soon as keys are returned to us.  

A deposit of $200.00 is required to hold your reservation, this will be applied to balance due for rental of the unit.

Our unit will be fully prepared for your arrival, such as beds made up and towels hung up in bathrooms.  No housekeeping on a daily basis available.  

All rates are in US dollars and subject to change.

We accept personal checks/bank checks/money orders and now paypal. 

$40.00 fee for any returned checks. We are members of Ohio E-Collect.

Checking in is simple! Just arrive at our security gate with your pre-issued car pass and drive in; no hotel check in or out time consuming procedures.

At check out time, you just sadly (as in, I hate to leave this wonderful place) pack your car and leave through the gate. No desk to visit or paperwork to turn in. Just mail your keys promptly back to me after you arrive home.

Due to parking limitations, no trailers longer than 18ft or RVs will
be admitted between May 1 and July 30th.
