Totoka Beach House Fiji in Coral Coast

This rare beach front home is located on the exclusive Sunset Strip
on the popular and scenic Coral Coast of Fiji's main island of
VitiLevu. With almost 90 meters of private, white sand beach
overlooking the ocean, this is a vacationer's paradise. Comprising of
a main house with 3 bedrooms(2 end suites), a large kitchen and
lounge/dining areas with a huge undercover veranda (with gas
BBQ),overlooking the tropical gardens laced with native palms, fruit
trees and various fijian plants...all this, complete with your own 
beach! The amazing coral reef provides some of the
best swimming and snorkeling in the world - and it's right outside
your door! The house has airconditioning!

Located 5 minutes from the main Coral Coast town of Sigatoka
(including various shops & restaurants, banks, supermarkets, PO,
schools, doctors/dentists, and several daily markets with fresh
fruit & vegetables, meats and fish produce,all locally grown).
Numerous international resorts are located nearby and Nadi Int'l
Airport is just over an hours drive away. The home is airconditioned, has complete
kitchen with stove, oven, (2)refrigerator/freezer, micro, washer and
dryer, sattelite tv. The home comes with everything you need for a worry free
holiday...just bring your clothes. If cooking in your private
kitchen or BBQing on the front veranda isn't for you, there are 5
restaurants and a pizza parlor within a five minute walk.

Go snorkeling or scuba diving right off the beach among the coral
reefs. Lounge around the house enjoying the ocean breeze, or relax
on the front porch with your own BBQ meal. House also is supplied
with board games and a variety of books and DVDs. Explore the
neighboring Fijian villages or plan a remote island excursion and/or
deep sea fishing trip.

Entire home rents for $1250 per week. All rentals require a refundable deposit of $500.We except all credit cards!!!
Caretaker on grounds changes your bedding and cleans for you every
other day. For an additional fee, we can arrange a cook for you and do your
laundry or run errands to town.
The home,grounds and beach can also be rented for weddings and
parties! The beach is a great backdrop for photos. The grounds with
their extensive palms make for awesome photo opportunities!
