Totally modernized Lake Delavan home has 4 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, top floor
heat and top floor air-conditioning. This magnificent lakefront home is
available for weekend, weekly and monthly rentals.

Lake Delavan is 75 miles northwest of Chicago. It is 10 miles west
of Lake Geneva. The lake is medium size with approximately 10 miles
of shoreline with depths of up to 75 feet. The lake is primarily
used for recreation purposes. Summer activities include swimming,
fishing, boating and water skiing. Nightlife includes an ample
supply of restaurants, bars, nightclubs, and various resorts.

The home is on 100 feet of prime south shore lakefront. If offers
panoramic views of the lake and beautiful sunsets. The house is
shaded by many beautiful trees and is located in a quiet residential
area of single-family homes.

The home's first floor has a spacious great room facing the lake and
contains a pool table for hours of family fun. Along with the great
room are a well-equipped kitchen, large dining room, one bathroom and
a laundry room.

The second floor contains four bedrooms, which consists of 2 queen,
2 full and 2 twin beds. A bathroom with a shower is also on the second
floor.

A huge deck surrounds the front of the house allowing you a beautiful
seat to admire the lake. The house is fully furnished and comes
with color TV, VCR/DVD, stereo and telephone. For outdoor use, there
is a gas bar-b-q, patio tables, patio chairs and pier.

Overnight docking of water vehicles are not allowed on pier. Rental of
boat slips are available on the lake.

100 feet of lakefront property, private pier, gas grill, patio
furniture, outdoor games, deck, pool table, T.V., DVD/VCR, movies,
indoor games, books/magazines, furnished kitchen, coffee maker,
microwave, washer/dryer.

Delavan Lake offers bounds of fun on its 2000 acres of water. The
lake can be used to swim, boat, fish, canoe, water ski, jet ski and
tube. Rental of water equipment and boat slips are available on the lake.
For the hungry boater, dining is available on the lake by just pulling your
boat up to one of the restaurant's piers. The area offers tons of
fun for everyone. Horseback riding, golfing, spas and antiquing are
just a few of the wonderful things to do. In just a few moments you
can also reach the shores of Lake Geneva for additional fun.
