Fun Beach House w/heated Pool, Views, Dock, Kid Friendly in Isle of Palms

at704 Carolina. It was a cozy winter retreat that we really enjoyed.
We were able to enjoy the outdoors during the off-season and felt as
if it was still in the autumn verses the winter. At 96 degrees it

This home is located at 704 Carolina Blvd, Isle of Palms. If you are
interested in fishing or boating inquire about nearby Dock
availability.
On the first level is the kitchen, den, and half-bath along with a
screened in porch and grill. The second level has a master bedroom,
bath and private balcony. There are 2 other rooms that share a hall
bathroom. On the third floor you will find the loft which has 2 twin
beds and a queen bed. Nice views of Intercoastal Waterway from 3rd
floor.The beach is approximately 100 yds away (or 1 block). If
you enjoy dinning out you can walk or drive 3 blocks away to the
shopping/restaurant/bar area.Enjoy a golf cart ride around the area.

Ask about use of Dock (it is located 1 block away
on the Intercoastal),Gas grill, patio furniture,
screened porch, washer/dryer,2 high chairs, 1 crib, 2 pack-n-plays, toys, movies, books, iron, hair, dryer,cable tv/dvd/vcr, wireless internet, and fort and play set in,backyard, ask about Golf Cart (does require a release of liability
form be signed and drivers must be 21 years or older with valid
driver's license & be insured.), and take a look at the yellow
tall house that is also on funfamilyrentals website.

enriching activities throughout the year. For a list of current
activities you may call the Visitor's Center in Charleston,SC or visit
their website.

Charleston, Shrimp Festival, Blessing of the Fleet, Visit the
Hunley, dinning out you can walk or drive
