Vacation Rental Description

Brand new 2 to 3 bedroom waterfront home located on all sport lake in 
Gaylord, Michigan.  Features include a gas fireplace in the great 
room, along with a jacuzzi tub in the master bath and great views.
Skiing, snowmobiling, and golf all near by.  60' of sandy beach.  
Heated outdoor pool available at the Association clubhouse.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Your rental includes a indoor jacuzzi tub, a beautiful gas fireplace, 
satellite tv, washer and dryer, full kitchen, a row boat, and a bon-
fire pit.  Other amenities include: air-conditioning, beautiful deck 
overlooking lake, outdoor chairs, ceiling fans in every room, all 
necessary appliances, linens and towels.

Activities and Attractions

Lake Arrowhead is a quaint all sport lake that includes great 
fishing, swimming, and boating activities.  

Golf in the Gaylord area is next to none state wide.  There are 30 
golf courses within 30 minutes that offers challenge at any skill 
level.  

Skiing and snowmobiling in Gaylord is one of the best in the midwest 
as it is located inside Michigan's snowbelt. Downhill and 
crosscountry skiing opportunities for all skill levels are available 
just a short drive away.

Fall colors in Northern Michigan are always spectacular and 
particularly in the Gaylord area.

Many of Michigan's finest attractions are within a 45 minute drive of 
this beautiful lakefront home.

Vacation Rental Rates

Available weekends - Friday through Sunday - $300.00

One week rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.  With special 
discounts for repeat guests.  Weekly Rates - $700.00 - $950.00 
depending on season.

$100 deposit is requested at the time of making your reservation.

Guests may pay by cashiers check, personal check or money order.

Guests please check in at 3:00 p.m. and check out by 11:00 a.m.
