10 Beautiful Acres of Mountains shared by only 3 houses. Enjoy the
privacy and Beautiful Mountain Views, yet the convenience of being
only 5 minutes from Town/Wal-Mart. While this is listed as a cabin,
it is really 1650 square feet of spacious living. This cabin was
just built in Dec 2006, so the condition is "like new". It comes fully
furnished with everything you need to stay 1 week, or 1 year. All
appliances, including washer/dryer are new. The Master bedroom,
dining room, laundry room, guest bathroom, and living room are all
located on the first floor. On the second floor are 2 large bedrooms
and a large guest bathroom. Outside there are large 8 foot decks
around 3 of the four sides of the cabin, and a screen porch.

A King size Bed in all bedrooms, along with a treadmill and a 27
inch TV in the bedroom to enjoy while walking on the treadmill.
There is a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. In the living room
there is a 48 inch big screen TV feed by a Direct TV satellite,
VCR/DVD player with surround sound and a gas fireplace. The kitchen
is fully equipped with microwave, large refrigerator with Ice maker,
dishwasher and a coffee maker. There are rockers to sit in and enjoy
the view and piece and quit of the mountains. There is also a gas
grill to cook your steaks or hamburgers on. There is plenty of
hiking on the property. Also included free long distance calling and high speed internet.

River rafting, Viewing, Trout Fishing, Cooking Out and basic
Romantic Relaxation. The Franklin and the Smokey Mountain area
provide many places to visit and lots to do like Horseback Riding,
Antiquing, Gem Mining, rafting/canoeing/kayaking/tubing the Little
Tennessee and other local rivers, site seeing and scenery
appreciation. Don’t forget to visit Harrah’s Cherokee Casino, only
a short drive over the mountain. Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Maggie
Valley, Ashville home of the Biltmore Estates are all just an hour
or two away.

$695/weekly Apr-Oct (1 wk increments, $125/addl night), $425/wk ($85 addl night) Nov-Mar (max 6 people in cabin). Thanksgiving/Xmas/New Years $695/wk.
Reservation Fee $200; Check or Money Order to hold date. Reservation
Fee will become your Security Deposit upon check in, and will be
refunded after damage inspection is completed (7 to 10 days after
check out).
Cancellation Refunds - 100% refund of reservation fee is applicable
if given at least four (4) weeks advance notice. 50% refundable
with 3 weeks notice. (exceptions per illness or medical
situations) Two weeks or less - NO Refund of Rent. (Exceptions
to this will be reviewed per renter/per situation)
Note: To insure that all of our guests enjoy their time here,
our "Cabin" is always smoke-free and pet-free. We also request a $60
non-refundable cleaning charge; so that we can ensure that
our "cabin" is in tip top condition when our guests arrive. Check-in
Time is 4 pm and Check-out time is 11 am (although we will work with
you in special situations).
