The Blue Marlin is brand new, located in a zen like setting, pet friendly, completed in summer of 2006,
beatifully furnished. This home has all hardwood floors #1, granite
countertops, loads of
cabinets, a long granite bar with stools, solid cherry dining room
with seats for 8. Kitchen opens into the great room for open
living, however, bedrooms are separated for privacy. Large,
soft seating in living room to view plasma TV with satillte,
180 channels avalible. Baths are tile with two showerheads in
master. This is a beatiful beach house. Furnished with new beds and
furniture, linens, everything. Walk
100' to the gulf with derserted beaches and endless walks.
House is surrounded by 3,000 acres of Florida State Park
A large screen porch and two sun
decks are there to dream the days away. Dolphins can be seen from
the porch, along with thousands of birds of all different kinds,
wild life abounds. If you are looking for a private place to spend
