Located at 26 Belaire, Rockport Texas.  This Copano Bay front home  
with private fishing pier is perfect for a relaxing vacation.  From  
the large front deck, giant palm trees frame the unobstructed view  
of the water. Incredible sunsets, warm breezes and salt air make  
this a wonderful place to spend time with family and friends.   
 
 
Copano Bay is located just north of Rockport, and is one of Texas’s  
largest and most pristine Bays.  It should be noted that commercial  
shrimp fishing has been banned on Copano Bay for over 3 years.  The  
results have been a boom to sport fishing. So enjoy the fishing from  
the private pier complete with underwater green lights, hire a guide  
or try kayaking. 
 
  This vacation home has been updated and remodeled; the home  
features a complete Kitchen, two large Bedrooms, two bath rooms,  
living room with fire place and dinning room. Large picture windows  
allow you to soak up the view of the bay.  Digital T.V Cable and  
Broad Band internet Access are complementary.  
 
 
Being located just 8 miles north of downtown Rockport gives you  
access to many activities.  Rockport is noted for its fine dinning,  
bird watching and fishing.  Rockport has it all from  great shopping

The closest beach is the Blue wave beach in downtown Rockport.

Activities and Attractions

This home with it’s great Bay view and water access is a fisherman’s  
paradise.  Boating, kayaking and birding can all be done right on  
property.  Rockport Texas is famous for it’s seafood and gourmet  
dinning.  It is really nice to be able to go the coast and have all  
the amenities such as restaurants, shopping, art galleries and  
museums all close and available.  
 
The   Beaches only min. away plus Goose Island state park is only  
two miles from the house. There is a neighborhood swimming pool and  
the Rockport City pool for you to enjoy.
