Vacation Rental Description

Sunny Isles Beach, Fl.. Freshly painted, remodeled and clean. Marble 
floors throughout with granite top in kitchen. This condo offers you 
a fully equipped kitchen, china,utensils, refrigerator, stove, 
microwave and cookware.  
Two queen size murphy beds, 26 inch flat screen T.V. cable with VCR 
and DVD equipment surround sound, alarm clock and plenty of storage. 
Linens and towels are provided.

Vacation Rental Amenities

24 Hour Valet Parking, Hotel Concierge, Olympic Size Pool and Kiddie 
Pool, Fitness Center with sauna and steam room overlooking the pool. 
Restaurants, Pizza Parlor, Beauty Salon, Gift Shop, Laundry Facility, 
Weekend Entertainment and Lounge Bar. Central Air Conditioning, live

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates are in US$ and subject to change without notice.

$850 to 995 per week (Minimum 7days)
$1850 to $2050 per month 

Holidays: July 4th, Memorial day, Labor day etc. Additional

Deposit: A security deposit of $250.00 dollars will be required to 
reserve this unit. Security deposit will be returned within 30 days, 
if the conditions of the condo remain as when delivered the first day
of occupancy.

Refunds: In case of cancellation, owners must be notified at least 30
days prior to the date of arrival: otherwise the security deposit of 
$250.00 will not be refunded.

Check in time 3:00 p.m.
Check out time 11:00a.m.

Rental of 3 months or more are negotiable ****
A $50.00 dollar room cleaning charge.
