acres in a quiet scenic cove. Private dock with large deck 
overlooking lake with swimming area in cove.  Short 1000 yard boat 
ride to main lake channel in which you are Mid Lake (Denver area)
mile 
marker (11) on lake. Wrap around porch with great views of lake. 
Fire 
pit area lower level of tiered back yard for evening 
fires,hotdogs,smores etc....while overlooking lake!!!
  Relax in this dynamic open living /great room with a fireplace, 
big 
screen T.V.,woodfloors and lots of windows for light and great 
views!! 3 B/R (Queen bed each B/R, 2 fulls in third B/R) 2 Baths and 
a loft area that can used as a 4th B/R(1 full futon) to 
sleep 8-10 comfortably. This lakefont home is located in Denver 
within five minutes to grocery stores,resturants,bait and other 
amenities. Queens Landing is 13 miles or 15-20 mins. for Jet-
ski/boat 
rentals, Putt Putt Golf, Bumper Boats etc...Public Golf Courses, 
Westport Golf Club is 5 mins away and Verdict Ridge is within 15 
mins. In addition, this house is located 5 minutes from the Little 
Creek public boat ramp for easy access.
   This is a NO SMOKING Home and the owner rents to families,couples 
and responsible adults. Large groups or HOUSEPARTIES are STRICTLY 
PROHIBITED!!!! No Pets allowed.

shoreline,34 miles long and 8 miles wide at its widest point. 
Incredible fishing for Stripers, Crappie Walleye etc..skiing,boating 
and just plain FUN!!!

Birkdale Village for Shopping is 15-20 mins away upscale shops and 
restaurants.

Golf at Westport Golf Club or Verdict Ridge is 5 mins. and 15 mins.
away.

Many restaurants located on the lake along with live music at many 
locations.

$400 Refundable Security Deposit refunded within 14 days with no 
damage. No Pets allowed.
$300/night when available  (2 night minimum)

$100 cleaning fee

25% or flat amount deposit due within 7 days of booking date, 25% 
due 
with signed contract and remaining 50% plus deposit and cleaning fee 
due 30 days prior to arrival. Personal checks are accepted although, 
time frames that are shorter than 30 days may require Certified 
funds 
or Money orders.
Signed lease agreement is required and this can be e-mailed for 
review
