If beautiful sunsets on a secluded beach is what you’re looking for,
you will not be dissapointed. 115 feet of sugar white beach with beautiful
glistening green waters. Deer and dolphins seen almost daily. Located in
the exclusive gated Secluded Dunes, which adjoins St. Joseph State Park,
rated #1 beach in the USA for 2002.
This home has over 3,200 square feet with wrap around decks galore.
The top deck has a panoramic view of the gulf and you can also see Eagle
Harbor. This deck,the top deck, is covered and is very large. The Master Bedroom and the 5th bedroom have glass sliding doors that access this deck, it’s great for sunbathing. The master bedroom has a queen bed, a walk in closet, and TV. The 5th bedroom is located outside of the master
bedroom and is large has a tv and admoire and wonderful gulf views as well. The main deck, middle floor, is screened and very large thus enhancing your dining and socializing experience. Since the deck wraps around there are two screen doors that access the side and front decks.
The home has a very cozy and southern charm. The two master bedrooms are large with private baths. The top master has a double jucuzzi tub and separate double shower with its own private deck. The first floor master is large with a King Bed, private bath and is separate from the main home, like a mother-n-law wing. This makes it nice when you have extended family.
Everyone has their privacy. The two guest bedrooms (one has queen and one has a double bed), are large and share a bathroom. There two full size  sleepers in the great room. Every bedroom has glass sliding doors accessing the beach or deck. This makes it nice if you want to go to the deck and star gaze or have your morning coffee without waking anyone up.
We moved to the Cape because of the spectacular, western facing
sunsets and pristine beaches. We just built a new home on the
Cape and have kept this home as an investment. Hope you enjoy it as

please check out our new home, Sand Castle, it has a communtiy pool.
Both homes are smokefree, and have an age, number of guest, and pet
size restriction. No reservations for vacationing students or
singles under age of 25 unless accompanied by adult/parent.

Rates include Linens, they do not include 11% Sales Tax, $200
Cleaning Fee. If pet $100 pet fee. A $500 Damage Fee will be
assessed if Damage has occurred.
