Vacation Rental Description

This lakefront home sits on a beautiful tree filled double 
waterfront lot with double boathouse.  Recently updated with paint 
and carpet and granite countertops in the kitchen along with new 
appliances.  The home features three bedrooms; one king, one full 
and twins, two full baths, two woodburning fireplaces. Laundry 
facilities are located in the full walkout basement. Enjoy the 
beautiful views from the large upper deck and patio.  This is a 
non-smoking home and we do not allow pets.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, micowave, dishwasher.  Family 
area with TV DVD/CD/Stereo surround sound, basic cable.  Washer &  
dryer in basement. Sheets and towels are provided as well as all 
kitchen utensils. Covered boathouse includes boatlift, sink with 
running water, outdoor shower, and deck sitting area.

Activities and Attractions

Boating, fishing, and watersports.  Ping Pong table in basement.  
Large yard with horseshoes pit, room for volleyball, soccer.  Golf 
located nearby.  Boat rentals available at nearby marina.

$300.00 Security Deposit,$75 cleaning fee and 25% of rent due 2
