Relax and enjoy our lovely oceanfront home with private boardwalk to
the perfect beach. Ten-foot ceilings throughout make the house
bright and airy and the open plan kitchen/dining room/living room is
perfect for families.
Fully equipped kitchen,new refrigerator and dishwasher breakfast
with breakfast bar, overlooking spacious and bright living area with
new sofa and loveseat, facing the ocean.
Dining table can comfortably accommodate eight people.
New satellite tv for sports fans - and for simply having a relaxing
day to chill out. Fast access internet also.
Master bedroom has king-size bed, and bathroom en suite with shower.
A queen bed is in the second bedroom, and third bedroom has two twin
beds, and they share a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
There is an oversized chair which converts to a bed in the living
room - would accommodate 2 small children, 1 adult.
Lovely outside deck with table and chairs is perfect for enjoying
your morning coffee and evening happy hour. An added benefit to
renting our home - a large two-car garage to protect your cars from
the salt air.
Charcoal barbeque and beach chairs supplied.
We are well situated on South Fletcher within walking distance to
several restaurants and just a few minutes' drive to the historic
downtown area with wonderful shops and restaurants.

Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, blender, food mixer,
toaster, microwave, all cooking utensils, stove, oven, dishwasher
and refrigerator with ice maker and washer/dryer.
Living room has satellite TV with DVD/VCR and CD player, and fast
access internet.
Outside deck runs entire width of the house, with outside table and
chairs.
Real plus to this house is a 2 car garage and lots more parking -
room for RV or boat.
Outside shower to wash beach sand off, before entering house.

Spend lazy days relaxing on the beach, or walk for miles along the
ocean's edge. Watch the dolphins playing in the water, collect
beautiful shells, and spend hours hunting for shark's teeth - they
really are here! Or spend an afternoon fishing in the surf.
Stroll through historic downtown Fernandina Beach - here you will
find a wonderful collection of unique shops with irresistable items
to tempt you all. Pause at the ice-cream store and smell the freshly
made chocolate. Sample the many wonderful restaurants. After a day
at the beach take the children to the waterslide or Miniature Golf
or to historic Fort Clinch. St Augustine (oldest town in the US) is
about 90 minutes drive, Savannah is 2 hours away and Orlando with
all the theme parks and Disneyworld is a 3 hour drive.
Or you can take a boat trip to enchanting Cumberland Island and see
the wild horses - or visit Okeefenokee State Park and boat along the
Suwanee waterway and see the alligators. How about visiting the
Georgia Golden Isles just north of us - the choices are endless -
you will soon discover that a week is not enough to see and do
everything our little island has to offer.
