Vacation Rental Description
The is a 2 story Condo that has a ground level patio with water view and a park like setting for
children to play in the grass or ride their skateboards around the large sidewalk circle. It is a
very desirable location and the complex itself rarely has any sales, very stable. The pool is on the
other courtyard so the noise level is minimal. There is a balcony on both of the front bedrooms
with a water view from both,the master and another guest room (both with king beds). The third
bedroom is on the back side with 2 twin beds and an extra roll away bed that is available in the
closet. The beach is wide with sea oats near the sea wall and lots of shells to look for your
special finds! Inside, the kitchen has new appliances with granite counters. There are new sliding
glass doors, new Flat Screen TV's and new paint, tile and carpet throughout. There are 2 assigned
parking spaces with several guest spots. You can hear the waves break if you open the windows at
night to sleep.
Vacation Rental Amenities
Centrally air conditioned and heated. 4 large sliding glass doors, 2 upstairs and 2 downstairs.
There is an ice maker, a large flat-screen TV down stairs and a smaller one in the master bedroom
both on cable and wireless internet. The ground level patio and furnishings are quality and are
wonderful for watching the sunset or having a glass of wine outside or hourdevouers! The kitchen has
new appliances including dishwasher and fridge with icemaker. There is a closet full of
entertainment including fishing reels/poles, skim boards and paddle ball or if you so choose, beer
pong. Board games and cards are also available. There is an inside laundry with large Washer/Dryer.
There is a gorgeous pool is in the center of the complex with seating around it for your enjoyment.
Golf and tennis are available nearby. Clearwater Beach is 3 miles to the north with interesting
shopping, restaurants and boat rentals. A mile north is a little shopping plaza with wonderful
eateries and a deli on the intercoastal waterway. The area is classy and upscale. The complex is
gated also. Fully furnished with sheets, beach towels, cooking and serving utinsils and of course
wine glasses.
Activities and Attractions
The large waterside pool, the beach, shopping, tennis, golf and just fun in general in a classy
environment that many are dying to buy into. These condo's have been one of the more stable on the
beach and most are owned as second homes by families from Tampa. The complex has been updated in
2008 and so the townhouse is now gorgeous inside and out. This particular Condo has new carpet, new
tile, new paint and a new kitchen and appliances, new toilets, new A/C, new furnishings and new
vanities as of Sept. 2008. You will be very pleased with your choice if you pick this location and
this unit! It is romantic, relaxing, fun, spacious, top of the line and you walk right out the door
to the beach....no elevator.
Vacation Rental Rates
$3800 monthly $2600 for Superbowl week....credit cards accepted (sleeps 6 or 7)
$1600 per week Summer months only.
$1800 per week Oct-April Small animal may be acceptable with a $200 pet fee for post rental spraying.
No Smoking inside but there is a covered patio right outside the sliding glass doors for
accomodations that are comfortable.
Able to accept Credit Cards through my PayPal account. I simply send you an email invoice.
