Vacation Rental Description

Our cozy bungalow was totally remodeled in 2005 with gable ceilings,
french doors leading out to the rear deck,  brand new kitchen with
beautiful granite counter tops, new appliances, a garden window and new bathroom. It is decorated in
Tahoe Style with all new furnishings.  

We are located 1 block from the Heavenly Village and Gondola for
skiing or just enjoying the incredible views. The Heavenly
Village has over 40 businesses including Fine and Casual Dining,
Boutiques, Gift Shops, Wine Store, Art Galleries, Outdoor Ice Rink
or Minature Golf, Movie Cinema and Much More.

We are also 1 block away from the newly remodeled Raleys Shopping
Center where you will find Raleys Grocery Store, Starbucks, Jamba Juice, Blockbuster Video,
a Pizza Restaurant and much more. 
 
We are only 3 blocks from the Casinos, Edgewood Golf Course, the Lake
and Marina for jetski and boat rentals and private beach for
sunbathing and swimming. 

Also you can walk 3-4 blocks to the spectacular fireworks on July 4th,
Labor Day and New Years.

              Sunday - Thursday $95 a night (2 night min.)
              Friday & Saturday $105 a night (2 night min.)

Holidays -    $145 a night (3 night min.)
Christmas  -  $175 a night (7 night min.)
New Years  -  $195 a night (7 night min.)

10% Lodging tax
$100 Refundable Security Deposit is required
