This is a romantic ocean house at the end of a road with panoramic views of the Pacific
Ocean. Views are partially framed by lovely cypress trees. There is a great sense of privacy
with large windows along ocean side. The house is intimate, yet spacious due to open
floor plan. House is on a small, inclined lot with 1.5 bedrooms on the lower level.
Cozy, wood-burning stove provides generous heat throughout. The studio kitchen has all
the expected amenities and utensils for cooking and is finished in maple and granite. There is high
quality furniture, books, and artwork throughout.
As the only house on the cul-de-sac, there is plenty of parking. We have furnished this
house for ourselves and our guests. You will not be disappointed by your experience here.
