This is a romantic ocean house at the end of a road with panoramic views of the PacificOcean. Views are partially framed by lovely cypress trees. There is a great sense of privacy
with large windows along ocean side. The house is intimate, yet spacious due to open
floor plan. House is on a small, inclined lot with 1.5 bedrooms on the lower level.
You'll soon see why this house is centered on most of the movie-making that has occurred on this coast. Scenes from "Memior of a Giesha", Bandits, and the just-released movie, "Chasing Mavericks" were all taken place very near to the house. The latest movie having studio trailers parked right on our very street.
Cozy, wood-burning stove provides generous heat throughout. The studio kitchen has all
the expected amenities and utensils for cooking and is finished in maple and granite. There is high quality furniture, books, and artwork throughout.
As the only house on the cul-de-sac, there is plenty of parking. We have furnished this
house for ourselves and our guests. You will not be disappointed by your experience here.
