resorts. Quick access to freeway makes getting around Salt Lake
Valley very easy.

The condo is furnished with stylish and comfortable furniture that
includes 1 queen bed in master bedroom (sleeps 2); 2 twin beds in
second bedroom (sleeps 2); 1 twin daybed and 1 twin trundle (sleeps
2) in the third bedroom.

In addition, there are flat-screen TVs throughout the unit, cable or
satellite, high-speed internet, fully equipped kitchen and much
more.

This was a great place to stay with my family for a short trip to Salt Lake City. After a couple of days, it really started to feel like home as we became familiar with the surroundings as well as after we familiarized ourselves with where the plates/cups/etc., were located. Here are some pros and cons that come to mind: Pros: -WAY better and more convenient than a hotel -Cheaper than a hotel in that, for a little extra, you have a place where you can cook meals and do your laundry -Conveniently located -VERY accommodating owners/managers (we had a slight hiccup but the owners really worked with us and were beyond understanding) -Air conditioning (it got up to 106 F while we were there!) -NICE furnishings! My mom assumed we spend a fortune on the place after seeing it -3 bedrooms, 2 bath, full kitchen, so lots of room to spread out - very important when spending several days with your family! Our 2-year-old got her own room which helps her and us sleep way better! -The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, plates, toaster, coffee maker, etc., so we saved a bundle cooking most of our own meals -Washer/dryer - AWESOME to come home after nearly a week and not have laundry! -The list could go on..... Cons: -Yes, more expensive than most hotels, but come on, 3 bedrooms, privacy, a kitchen, 2 bathrooms... try getting that with a hotel! -The traffic noise was... audible. We live in a very quiet, low-traffic suburb, so I'm sure others wouldn't even notice the traffic noise (wasn't that bad), but there were times where it woke us up in the master bedroom facing the street. -The AC: okay, so this wasn't that bad, just sort of annoying... The air resets itself every 2 - 3 hours to 80 F. We kept resetting it to 72. At night, sleeping in 80 after it reset itself prompted us to get up in the middle of the night to reset it. Although, 80 F compared to the 106 F outside was still quite refreshing! :) -The decor is not rambunctious kid-friendly. Luckily our 2-year-old is easy and laid back, so when we asked that she stay away from the glass-top furniture, she complied. There are LOTS of glass-top surfaces that made me uneasy when my daughter played too close. Not really that bad of a con though. Just be mindful of this if you're staying with active toddlers/children. All in all, a very nice place to stay. I would recommend it and would definitely stay again

Comfortable & Well Appointed

I just wanted to let you know that Colleen and I vacated the unit early this morning. Thank you for providing such a comfortable and well appointed accommodation for our stay. We certainly enjoyed our visit. We skied 16 days, went to a Jazz game, saw Juno at the Gateway and went to two organ recitals at the Tabernacle. Should we decide to return next year, I'll contact you again.

I have just stayed at your property this pass weekend, this is by far the BEST accommodation I have ever stayed in from all my previous ski trip. Location is great, a mile from everything, my friend and I were joking about if you want to find any attractions, just go straight and turn left you are there. Great view from balcony, capital hill and temple looking great at night with lights on. The place is world class, nice decoration, have everything a household has, even more than my home!
