The "Sun House" is a new 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom vacation home
featuring a private gated 15x30 heated swimming pool (in season), 6 person hot
tub, large wooden playscape, and wooded ravine lot. The house was
completely renovated for the summer of 2005.

The property is an easy 4 block walk down the sidewalk to South
Beach, Kid's Corner, and downtown shopping and dining.

All comforts of home are provided, including new washer and dryer,
linens, new appliances (including refrigerator with ice and water
dispenser, range, dishwasher, and microwave), kitchen utensils, free
long distance telephone, free wireless internet connection,
computer, 4 cable TVs, 3 DVD/VCR players, CD players, just to name a
few.

The house is perfect for families with children of all ages. The
pool and hot tub are gated for your protection. Both the front and

Family-friendly items included are books for all ages, toys, puzzles,
movies for all ages, well-loved bikes, riding toys, high chair, full
size crib with rocking chair, baby gate, excersaucer, strollers,
sippee cups, baby monitor, booster seats, kid-sized picnic table, and
pool toys. Enjoy the flexibility and convenience of having 6 private
bedrooms, conveniently located throughout the house! 4 bedrooms are
upstairs. One is a large master suite with private bathroom. Another
full bathroom is in the upstairs hall. 2 bedrooms are downstairs,
each adjacent to separate full bathrooms. The house has an open
design, with the living room, dining area and kitchen all open to
each other in a "great" room. The sunroom overlooks the backyard
pool and wooded ravine yard. The sunroom can be accessed from either
the hallway or through the kitchen.

There is another bonus room downstairs that is referred to as
the "futon room" or the "play" room since it can be closed off as a
7th bedroom with a futon or utilized as a another common living room
with a TV/VCR/DVD with a video library and bookshelves loaded with
books, games, and toys. The pool will be open and heated from May
until approximately October 1. The hot tub is open and heated year-

South Haven is a coastal city located on the eastern shore of
beautiful Lake Michigan. The Black River Harbor is one of the most
attractive recreational harbors on Lake Michigan. Summertime
activities include swimming, boating, fruit picking, golfing,
hiking, and biking. Dubbed as the "Blueberry Capital of the World",
South Haven hosts the annual National Blueberry Festival each August.

Winter activities include skiing, sledding, and ice skating. Of
course, the great dining, museums, galleries, and shopping is
available year-round. The house is just a short walk down the
sidewalk to the fabulous Kid's Corner Playground, which boasts a
large wooden playscape structure that overlooks Lake Michigan. South
Beach access is adjacent to Kid's Corner.

The quaint downtown South Haven, with its unique shops, eateries,
and pubs nestled along the banks of the picturesque Black River
Harbor is also just a short walk down the sidewalk. Also, don't
forget the cobblestone streets of St. Joseph and the "Art Coast"
town of Saugutuck are each just a 20 minute drive away!
