courses, are only minutes away and numerous restaurants, shopping 
malls and all Orlando attractions are close by, this accommodation

Holiday Season: Thanksgiving week and Christmas/New Year week, 
$105/night, nightly rent will be $125/night for less than 7 nights.
Monthly rental will be negotiable.

*$70.00 cleaning fee will apply to rental 7 nights or less. 13% 
sales tax need to be added to all the rental.  We require $200.00 
deposit for reservation.  If you want to pay credit card, there will 
be a 4% surcharge.
