Vacation Rental Description

Direct oceanfront(not oceanview, oceanside, or 2 or 3 back) condominium on Shore Drive. This  
condominium has an unbeatable view of the ocean from the balcony and windows in the master bedroom  
and living room. The pictures above are what you see from the condo. Being a direct oceanfront unit,  
it has additional windows in the living room that other non ocean front units don't have,  and all  
windows have a beautiful ocean view.  It is located at A Place at the Beach IV, top (third) floor,  
oceanfront unit.  
 
This year we added free high speed wireless internet service. For 2007, we purchased new living room  
furniture and added a cable TV/DVD combo to the master bedroom.  The kitchen was completely renovated  
last Winter, and we just completed a major update throughout the condo within the last year.  This  
includes all new beds, mattresses, box springs, pillows, blankets, comforters, shams, etc.  We  
replaced bathroom fixtures, lights, shower curtains, towel racks and medicine cabinets.  Plumbing was  
replaced in both bathrooms with a completely new master shower.  Lighting was updated in the kitchen,  
bedrooms and living room including ceiling lights and lamps.  All window blinds were replaced.  All  
new door locks were installed with one common key and a convenient lockbox.  The kitchen small  
appliances were replaced and utensils updated.  A new kitchen dinette was purchased along with new  
living room end tables and coffee table.  New deck chairs and table were also purchased.  Even new  
art work was purchased and placed throughout the condo!  
 
The beach was just renourished resulting in even more beach area and incredible shell hunting.  There  
is no fighting for or need to get up early to secure beach space.  There is no crowding and there is  
plenty of space for everyone.  
 
The unit is in excellent shape and is well equipped.  It is also priced better than competing managed  
units.  This is a third floor unit (top floor of three story building)-beautiful views with no  
footsteps above you.  Since you enter the building on the first floor, you only have two flights of  
stairs.  The complex also has a nice swimming pool and sunbathing area and the pool is heated in the  
Spring and Fall 
 
The location is superb: Shore Drive with little traffic and convenience to all the amenities.   
Golf, restaurants, shopping, Bass Pro Shops, Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach, Ron Jon Surf  
Shop,Dixie Stampede and water parks are all close by. 
 
This condominium sleeps 4-6 with a queen in the master, two twins in the second  
bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa.  No linens are provided(however they may be rented) and this is  
a strictly nonsmoking  unit including the balcony. 
 
My family has been vacationing on Shore Drive for many years;  the location and amenities  
are unsurpassed.  This condominium has it all: oceanfront location, superb beach, and incredible  
views all in an updated top floor unit in only a three story building!

and shows you don't want to miss!!
