You don't live in one room so why vacation in one!  
 
Enjoy this 6 BEDROOM vacation resort home with 5.5 BATH and with the  
amenities that experienced visitors require. Read through this list  
of FrEE Amenities 
 
FOUR MASTER en-suite bedrooms, all furnished with KING beds, give  
more privacy for one large family or groups with more than one set  
of adults. Up to 14 people can stay in this home plus a CRIB for the  
baby.  
 
Beautifully furnished. The first master bedroom is downstairs, the  
other three masters and 2 bedrooms are located upstairs.   
ALL bedrooms feature TV’s with either DVD or VCR.  A staircase leads  
the way to the LANDING LOFT featuring a COMPUTER STATION with  
internet access. 
 
Relax after a fun day at the attractions or shopping in either of  
the 2 lounges. Kids can hang out in the FAMILY ROOM watching their  
favorite TV show or watching a movie on DVD or listening to their  
favorite music on the STEREO, while adults can enjoy grownup  
conversation while sipping their favorite beverage in the formal  
LIVING ROOM. 
 
If you plan a day off, guests can gather in the GAME ROOM, enjoying  
the POOL TABLE, FOOSBALL, AIR HOCKEY, and even a table and chairs  
set for the little munchkins for their favorite activities.  
 
The fully equipped Kitchen offers everything thing you would need  
for the guests that enjoy cooking a meal. Like to BARBEQUE? Enjoy  
grilling those tasty meals on the GRILL just off the patio/ pool  
area. It's a picnic in your own backyard.  
 
Some houses offer back yard privacy and some have the back-to- 
back arrangement. We have both south-facing and west facing screened  
HEATED pool and spa that enjoy year-round sun.  Wouldn’t it be fun  
to relax in the SPA…in only 15 minutes it heats up. There are lots  
of patio lounges, chairs, and bar table/chairs on POOL deck.

room, sauna, gathering room with wide screen TV, playground, volley  
ball court, and coming soon there will be a tennis court as well as  
a sundry Shoppe. Concierge service is also located in the Club  
House.

4 Masters with King Beds private bathrooms - 1 Queen Master with  
private bathroom or share with 2 Twins/guest room - Can accommodate  
up to 12 - 14 people with 6 bedrooms and 2 sleeper sofa. Cleaning fees apply  
to stays of 6 days or less. 
 
For Smaller parties, or less rooms needed, will modify home only in  
off peak times for a lesser rate. 
For homes with 2 sleeper sofas and 2 lounges call for rate to  
accommodate larger parties.
