ironing board, vacuum cleaner. 50" cable TV in living room and cable
TVs in master bedroom and guest bedroom, telephone includes free
nation-wide long distance, also high-speed
internet connection in office.

Secure building in gated community. One covered reserved parking

$2850 per month in December - March, two month minimum. Security
deposit $500.
