The cottage can accomodate up to 5 persons.

The kitchen is fully equipped including a microwave, coffeemaker,
toaster, and blender.

The bedroom offers comfortable accomodations, a
queen size bed, with  linens included.

Sit back, relax, watch tv, or take a nap on the double futon sofa.
We have a complete cable package including many movie stations,
dvd/vcr and on demand service.

The cottage comes equipped with a telephone, A/C, heating,
washer/dryer and wi fi service.

Take a swim or a boat ride in the majestic 137 acre spring fed lake.
Work on your tan on a private sandy beach. Try your luck at
fishing, the lake is stocked with bass, trout, and land locked
salmon. Row boats and paddle boats are available at no extra charge.

Enjoy the outdoors by dining on the patio with a gas grill. Sit
back and relax on the chaise. Lounge around on the hammock and take
in natures beauty.

A 10 minute drive will deliver you to historic Sandwich center, with
its abundance of quaint shops, delicious eatery's and picturesque
views. Walk the famous boardwalk to Town Neck beach.
