Brand new interior, new bathroom, carpet, kitchen
cabinets, appliances, fixtures, furnishings, completely
renovated 2006. There is NO POOL. NO smoking.
Family friendly, 25+ only, parents must be staying in unit
during entire stay. Condo association restricts pets & grills from building.

On the beach for swimming, surfing, windsurfing, parasailing, jet
skiing & a block from miniature golf. Short walk to Montego Bay,
shopping, & many great restaurants. Close to golf courses,
amusement parks, fishing, sightseeing, boardwalk & all kinds of
night life! 1/2 hr. to Rehoboth Beach, Delaware Outlets, 10 mins to
Maryland Outlets across bay. Great shopping & prices. If you like
seafood, Ocean City has it all. On the Ocean, watch the sunrise, see
dolphins while you have breakfast, or collect shells on the beach!
