Okaloosa Island is located on the Florida panhandle between Fort Walton Beach and Destin. This area of the Emerald coast is known for its great fishing, beautiful emerald colored water, and sand as white as snow! The sunsets are what separate this place from any other - "Simply Fantastic"!

Aqua Villa Condominium's are located directly on the sandy beach, with no other properties between us and the beach so there's nothing to block your view of the ocean! You can watch the waves roll in and the dolphins swimming down the beach from the front door. We are centrally located and we have the largest beach side pool on the island.

This comfortable and spacious third floor condo has one of the best, unobstructed views in the building. This condo has two bedrooms, two full baths, and plenty of closet space. It sleeps four to six people comfortably and comes with a fully equipped kitchen and lots of living space.

The master Bedroom has a comfy King Size bed, two side tables with lamps, and a dresser. It also features a LCD flat screen TV with cable and a DVD player. This bedroom has  private access to the master Bathroom. You walk from the master bedroom into the walk-through closet and then  enter the master Bathroom which features a full-size stand up shower.

The guest Bedroom, located on the ocean side, has two twin beds, a bed side table, a five drawer chest, and features a large closet for storage.

The guest Bathroom is located in the hall between the two bedrooms and has a tub/shower combination, all linens are provided.

The spacious Living room area is located on the ocean side and offers a queen size sleeper sofa, two side chairs, end tables with lamps, and a coffee table. This room also features a LCD flat screen TV with cable and a DVD player.

The full size Kitchen which is located off the living area comes fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. All dishes and cooking utensils are provided including a coffee maker, toaster, blender, and a crock pot. We also provide a spice rack with a variety of spices for cooking.
