located in beautiful Seagrove Beach, on the Florida
Panhandle. Enjoy the large private patio to watch dolphins jump in

This one bedroom, one bath condo unit is located directly on the
beach with a private patio and only 5 steps down to the white
sandy beach and emerald waters of the gulf. The ocean is so close you
can see the shell wash up on the shore. The condo can easily
sleep five with 2 bunks, one king size bed and a pull out sofa bed.
A full newly remodeled  kitchen with dishwasher, conventional oven, crock pot,
microwave and blender, coffee maker and great pots and pans and views
while you cook the family dinner.
Our condo has been decorated recently. A new king size bed, matress and
headboard as well as 450 count sheets and plush towels have been
added. (WE do not use rental quality sheets). Internet DSL is
included.
The deck is the best part of the condo. This private
patio is wide and sits directly on the beach. It is perfect for
sunset dinners. The table and chair and lounges are deak wood with
beautiful custions for sunning and watching the dolphins jumping in
the surf.
Leeward II unit 1 is located near all the top restaurants and
shopping as well as a coffe shop.
