Vacation Rental Description

Your luxury apartment is situated on a dramatic cliffside with a spectacular view of the ocean,  
surrounding mountains and the charming fishing village of La Manzanilla.  You are located two short  
blocks from miles of unspoiled beaches, the town center, numerous excellent restaurants, art  
galleries, boutiques, fresh fish market and a multicultural center where Spanish, exercise, and arts  
classes are available. 
     Inquire as to the numerous festivals that will be ongoing during your visit.  The weekly crafts  
market features handicrafts from throughout Mexico, including jewelry from local Indian tribes,  
performances by native dancers and healing by native shaman.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Enjoy luxury furnishings, including both a queen and a single studio sofa bed that will comfortably  
accommodate two to three people.  You will have a fully equipped kitchen, a full bath, separate  
entrance and full view terrace.  The pool is shared on the main terrace.  There is also a roof  
terrace with salon, full kitchen and grill -- a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or  
cocktails at sunset.   
     All apartments are non-smoking, are air conditioned and feature fans as well.  A DVD player and  
library, Vonnage phone with free international calling and wireless internet are included with your  
rental. 
     Maid and laundry service are available twice weekly.

Activities and Attractions

We assist with arrangements for massage and reflexology, classes in yoga, painting, dance and  
language, as well as a variety of outdoor activities including deep sea fishing, tennis, horseback  
riding kayaaking and canoeing, and world class golf at two the most stunning golf courses in  
Mexico.  Google Tamarindo and Grand Bay Isle.  Extraordinary spa experiences are also available at  
Punta Serena, Boca de Iquana, and Grand Bay Isle. 
    But, your main activities will be rest and relaxation, sunning, swimming, walking the beach,  
reading, looking for shells and developing that special demeanor of a beach bum.

Vacation Rental Rates

November - April 
   *  $95 US per night;  
   *  $600 US per week; and  
   *  $1800 US per month. 
 
May - October  
   *  $60 US per night;  
   *  $400 US per week;  
   *  $1200 US per month.   
 
Taxes are included. Advance deposit of 25% is required through US or Canadian banks.
