Vacation Rental Description

This gorgeous waterfront air conditioned pool home is beautifully 
and comfortably furnished.  

The large living and dining rooms have huge picturesque windows and 
sliding glass doors for spectacular views out to the amazing 
gigantic pool and backyard, boathouse and Stuart's 
infamous Kreuger Creek.  

The living room has a comfortable large cream leather "L" shaped 
couch with luscious chenille throws to snuggle up in. The dining 
room has 3 gorgeous ceiling fans and an amazing oversized table that 
seats 8 for dinner gatherings. 

The master bedroom has a king-sized gloriously comfortable bed, 
armoir with flat screen tv and adjacent magnificent bathroom.  The 
large upgraded marbled master bathroom has a jacuzzi tub, large 
stand up shower and gorgeous carved wooden cabinetry with granite 
sink top. 

The second bedroom has 2 double beds, plenty of closet space, a 
dresser for your clothing and its own private bathroom adjacent.
The third bedroom has been converted to a workout room with a
treadmill overlooking the gigantic built in pool.   
There is even a third FULL bathroom for your use.

Vacation Rental Amenities

After your fun day at the beach, snorkling, scuba diving, fishing, 
at the museaums or on one of the over 10+ spectacular golf courses 
located just minutes away.....take a dip in the oversized pool OR 
relax by the  gorgeous working fireplace in the living room OR curl 
up on the couch and watch your favorite movie on the HUGE 52 inch 
flat screen TV in the living room.

At night take a long hot bath in the master bathroom's jacuzzi tub 
or snuggle into the heavenly master bed (linens provided) and watch 
your favorite show or movie on the flat panel tv. 

In the morning take a run on the treadmill while overlooking the 
gorgeous pool and luscious backyard.  There 
is high-speed DSL wireless internet access throughout the entire 
house!!  Washer and Dryer in the laundry room.  

Full beautiful kitchen with black granite coutnertops, gorgeous 
maple cabinets, dishwasher, microwave, electric stove, refrigerator, 
garbage disposal, coffee maker, blender,  tablewear and cookware 
for your use.  Plenty of parking in the large driveway 
- can accomodate at least 4 cars. 

Activities and Attractions

You can be at amazing beaches, scuba diving, snorkling, wind-
surfing, jet skiiing or over 10+ amazing golf courses within 
minutes.  

There is a HUGE luxurious pool, a sloping 
backyard that leads to the charming boat house and dock area for 
cozy meal times overlooking the serene water.  You can even see and 
hear the fish jumping in the creek - lots of wildlife activity to be 
enjoyed from the deck and dock...beautiful and relaxing.  

There may be an opportunity to speak to the local captain of 
the 21 foot boat that is docked at the property and you may rent out 
his services for him to take you out on a day or evening boat ride - 
either cruising around the intracoastal waterways, docking on one of 
the family or "fun" sandbars, visiting the local waterfront 
restaurants or out in the ocean (which is only minutes away....this 
home is very close to the inlet and we have DIRECT ocean access) for 
some AMAZING fishing!!

This home is conveniently located within walking distance of the 
center of Historic Downtown Stuart with its cozy little cafes and 
bars, spectacular waterfront restaurants, live theater productions 
and plenty of awesome unique botique shopping.

Central location allows easy day trips to  West
Palm Beach, Ft. Lauderdale, Miami, Vero Beach and Disney 
World.....they are all only a 1-2 hour drive away!!!

Vacation Rental Rates

Out of season: (end of June- mid Sept) rates for weekly 
rental are $1200 and the monthly rate is $3900.
    
In season: (end of Sept - mid June) rates for weekly rental 
are $1600/week and the monthly rental rate is $5200/month 

Holidays: $1800/week

Weekly rentals Begin on Saturday 12 noon and end on Friday 4pm
