Modern Condo in Uaymitun in Chicxulub

Very spacious condo just a few meters away from the ocean,and great
views of the beach and the cienega.
Uaymitun is knowned as the flamingo sanctuary, and the birdwatching
palapa viewpoint is right behind the condos.
Public transportation that goes by right behind the house every 20
minutes towards Chicxulub, Progreso, Mérida and Telchac. However,
having a car would be more comfortable.
The locals at Chicxulub are very friendly and you can find there
most of the services: laundry, telephone, internet, market (meat,
seafood, veggies, etc), video store, etc.
40 minutes drive from Mérida and 4 hours from Cancun.

Condo fully furnished.
3 bedrooms, all with ceiling fans, Air conditioning and places for
hammocks. The main room has a standard bed and its own bathroom, the
other 2 rooms have two single beds each with great views of the
cienega and flamingos.
2 full bathrooms.
Extra room with bathroom for maids
1 large terrace in the front.
Fully equipped kitchen: fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee
maker, cooking and serving utensils, dishes, silverware, satellite
TV with many channels in English etc.
Laundry room with drying machine.
Pool and beach furniture downstairs.
Blankets, towels.
TV and DVD player.
The main room with A/C (every other one has ceiling fan).
A very friendly caretaker and wife are on site for maintenance and
services in general. (Pool maintenance and garbage pick up). They
are also available for you any time you need help (a small tip is
suggested).
House cleaning and laundry can be arranged for you for a very
reasonable rate.
