Luxurious 3 bedroom 3 bath villa overlooking the 5th green of Shipyard's Clipper golf course. One
floor living with a Carolina room (sun room) and outdoor deck with table and chairs for outside
dining or just having cocktails. Grill available for cooking.
The master bedroom is located on one side of the villa with a king size bed and luxurious linens.
The master bath is equipped with a jacuzzi tub and two sinks, separate glass enclosed shower with a
large custom closet. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed with it's own full bath, while the 3rd
bedroom has a set of twin beds with a full bath located just outside the door.
The kitchen is fully stocked for gourmet cooking or just simple meals. New stainless steel
refrigerator with ice and water available on the door.
