Discover a place where wagons, bikes or walking are the mode of
transportation (no cars allowed).
3 Bedrooms, 1 ½ bathrooms outdoor shower on a large deck with bbq
and picnic table, lounge chairs and plenty of extra seating.
The open kitchen is equipted with d/w, microwave, gas stove and oven right off
the deck. The house is fully loaded with all you need. The dinning room has a long table and 6-8 chairs.
The bright living room has high ceilings with wood beams, wood
burning fireplace, 2 couch's, 2 chairs, large satellitte tv,
stereo, DVD player, VCR, ceiling fan, games and more!
The perfect family home.

 The house has an adjacent guest house,
where the owners reside. However, the two houses are completely
separated by a fence, each has it's own entrance, deck and
amenities. You retain the privacy.  Available  by the Week, month or summer. This is a quiet area  perfect for families, couples but large groups of partiers need not apply. House holds 6 people total.

Beach bathing on one of the quietest parts of Fire Island with a huge beach to do all the swimming, surfing, biking, kite flying,
boating, baseball, softball, trangleball, tennis, claming, fishing,
kayaking...or just star gazing.

Discover the magic, stroll to town barefoot! Their are no
cars on the Island! Let your kids
experience freedom!

$2,600 a week from Friday at 6Pm thru Fri at 10AM. July Aug.
 The house comes with a complete cleaning before you arrive which is included! Call for details.
