Vacation Rental Description

My Cassine Gardens townhouse is located on Scenic Highway 30-A in 
Seagrove Beach, between Destin and Panama City.  Convenient parking 
in front of the condo.  No elevators to wait on, lots of green area, 
no 'concrete' jungle atomsphere.

Master bedroom has queen-size bed, private bath, T V, and private 
deck. Second bedroom has twin beds and a private, T V with D V D, 
screened in porch with ceiling fan. There are outside 'aquarium' 
bunks for kids to play, take a nap or read a book!  Queen sofa 
sleeper and half bath are located downstairs. Lots of room, great 
for families, or a girls get-away weekend. Quiet neighborhood 
atmosphere. Screened in porch with ceiling fan located off the den. 
For the Baby Beachcombers, there is a pac-n-play, booster seat, 
stroller, bath toys, and baby gate to keep the 'crawlers' off the 
stairs.  If you need to rent a crib, Crib Connection will deliver.

Located across Highway 30-A with beach access, a short walk (200 
yards) to the beach. Great local restaurants to choose from in 
Seagrove, Seaside, and Grayton Beach. Great local shopping and a 
short 25-minute drive to Silver Sands Outlets in Destin. Great spa 
located at Sandestin Hilton.

A great $$ value in Seagrove. Once you visit Seagrove, you know you 
will want to come back!
