shore vacation! Just one block off the Wildwood Boardwalk and free
beaches, you will find this 4 bedroom/3 bathroom mini-townhome with over
2000 square feet of living space with the first floor being
handicapped accessible.

The ground level has a front patio where the front door leads into
the family room/bedroom which also features a kitchenette. This level
contains a sofa/queen sleeper and a loveseat/twin sleeper, a 37" LCD
TV, DVD, ceiling fan along with a pub table and four stools,
refrigerator and microwave, a handicapped accessible bathroom with a
stall shower. A corridor/ramp leads to the back of the condo where
you will park your car in one of the two available parking spots.

The 2nd floor features a living room with a sofa/queen sleeper,
loveseat, ceiling fan and 52" projection TV, DVD, VCR and a 5 CD
player. Sliding doors provide access to the covered deck featuring
a table and six chairs where you will be able to view the Friday
night fireworks and parades on Surf Avenue. The dining area
contains a pub table with seating for 8 and the gourmet kitchen
features an island with seating for 5. The second floor also
contains 3 bedrooms.

The first bedroom features two sets of bunk beds which is decorated
with kids in mind but is comfortable for adults too. The spacious
second bedroom contains a queen bed with room enough for an easy
chair. Both rooms have TVs, ceiling fans and ample closet space.
The master bedroom features a walk-in closet, king-sized bed,
ceiling fan and 32" LCD TV.

The 2nd floor features two additional bathrooms where the hall
bathroom contains a tub/shower and the masterbath contains a stall
shower. There is a pantry closet as well as a laundry room with a
full size washer and dryer. The condo has central air/heat, Comcast
cable, Comcast internet access connection in master bedroom.
