This four bedroom (plus attic with two twin beds) sleeps eight to ten and is just 3 1/2 blocks to the beach and the newly renovated outdoor Washington Street Mall.

Surrounded by fabulous restaurants (the "Little Italy" of Cape May) 411 Broadway is slightly removed from the bustle of town - convenient yet serene. Sit on the furnished front porch and watch the world go by or settle into the gorgeous naturalistic garden and brick patio.

Wrought iron tables allow dining for twelve in the private fenced-in garden. Store all of your beach supplies in our beach box or use ours; chairs, umbrellas and towels are included with this rental. Bring your lap top - there's wireless internet access as well as digital cable TV.

Half of the rental fee must be paid at lease signing as well as the refundable $500 security deposit (and additional $250 pet deposit if applicable). The balance of the rental fee is due 30 days prior to check-in date.
