-THIS is a "5,500 Ft2" Villa with a nice and relaxing Tropical
Flavor, with many Coconut Trees where you may reach for a coconut
and enjoy a cool "COCO TONIC", or have a Siesta (nap) in a Hammock
at the Palapa Terrace feeling the sea breeze and maybe watching some
dolphins passing by (very often).
-THE beach front Swimming Pool is just outside the terrace and a few
short steps down, will take you to the beach.

Terrace (one w/Palapa), Full Bathroom with an outside shower,laundry

*A/C is not always needed as all the rooms have ceiling fans, are
well ventilated and the sea breaze is refreshing, anyway you can

-Drive 30 min. to Merida (pop. 750,000) and discover a city founded

Streets, Great Dinning, Night Clubs, Shopping etc.
-Expirience Mayan culture climbing ancient Pyramids, Exploring a
cave, dive in Cenote (under ground river) etc.

* $100.00 Per week For A/C connection. (electricity in Yucatan is
extremely expensive, bedrooms are well ventilated and all have
ceiling fans so A/C is optional and not always needed)
