It was our first time doing a Gulf Coast Holiday and had a fantastic time. The villa was superb home from home and situated in the perfect location. It was so near the beach and other tourists attractions.
The villa was immaculate and the pool and gardens were amazing. The was 7 of us and there was more than enough space that we weren`t falling over each other. The hot tub area was great for a chill out drink and relaxing in at night after a busy day.
This is an ideal place to stay no matter what kind of holiday you want.

Easy walk to soft white sand and gentle breezes Indian Rocks is famous for. Swim in warm Gulf waters or relax beside the ocean waves. Your vacation can be as relaxed or as fun filled as you design it to be.  Grill out by the pool or enjoy the day's catch in one of the many excellent restaurants with live music nightly that line Gulf Boulevard.

Only thirty minutes drive to Busch-Gardens and 90 minutes to Orlando with all the Disney and Universal parks.

Clearwater Beach is only five miles away. Downtown St. Petersburg with museums, art galleries, and Bay Walk, is about a 20 minute drive.

Sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, dolphin sight-seeing boats, fishing boats, gambling boats, restaurants, shopping, night clubs, commedy clubs, all withing walking distance or a short drive.  Alternatively, hop on the beach trolley and see all the barrier islands without driving.

At the opposite end of 10th Ave from the beach access is a kids' playground. From there you can access the boardwalk that goes through the mangroves and look out over the "Intracoastal Waterways."

Fishing is permitted from there or from the beach itself.  Fishing permits are available at Walmart or from any number of bait shops along the beaches.

Second playground between 15th and 16th Ave also has tennis courts, squash court, basket ball court, and skateboard area.
