This lovely first floor home has a spacious and comfortable front
porch, with 2 tables and chairs, 2 ceiling fans, and a third set of
patio furniture. It also has a back deck with chairs. Both front
porch and back deck have awnings during the season.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed with private full bath,
TV/DVD/VCR and access to the back deck. The second bedroom has a
queen size bed, TV/VCR and access to the back deck. The third
bedroom
has a full size bed, and the fourth room has two twin beds.
There is also a TV/DVD & fireplace in the living room.

This house is only two short blocks from the beach and all the
activities on the boardwalk are within walking and biking distance.

This is a non-smoking home. Check-out 10:00 a.m.; Check-in
2:00 p.m.; Renter must be at least 21 years old.
