This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath plus den coach home is perfect for 
your next vacation.   The home is located in a prestigious, gated 
country club community with a fabulous private 27-hole golf course. 
Enjoy the neighborhood pool which includes a covered kitchenette for 
entertaining or visit the brand new 32,000sf club house. Spanish Wells Country Club 
also has tennis courts and an exercise room. The club membership is 
completely transferable for a small fee and it entitles you to golf 
anytime for only a cart fee. Tee times for golf may be scheduled up

Activities and Attractions

The golf membership includes unlimited activities.  Bocce, bridge, 
aerobics, aqua aerobics, billiards, yoga, mah-jongg, health 
screenings, bowling, a walking club, shopping trips…the list goes 
on. There is something for everyone. If an activity is requested and 
enough people respond, it is added to the extensive repertoire of 
activities
