Living room equipped with TV, VCR, and sleeper sofa. Fully equipped
kitchen. Bedroom furnished with a very comfortable king
bed, dresser and has a walk-in closet. Furnished screened porch
with peak-a-boo view of the beach. Linens provided. One assigned
parking spot.
Small animal allowed with owner's permission, No Smoking allowed
inside the unit.
Across the street from Lido Beach, walking distance from St
Armanda's Circle, 5 minutes drive from downtown Sarasota, 20 minutes
from Siesta Key.
Easy trip to amusement parks - Busch Gardens, Disney World, Sea

Lido Key - this pristine island has made a name for itself as a
world class vacation destination and a premier shopping outlet, due
mostly to the development of St. Armanda's Circle - a charming
center full of classy shops, unique boutiques, art galleries and
sidewalk cafes. Along the walkways are palm trees, tropical plants
and flowering bushes, which, when coupled with the gentle Gulf
breezes, makes your shopping experience even more delightful. The
beach is deep and wide - perfect for a sunset stroll.
North Lido Key is a windswept natural area that is easy to get to
but very private, perfect for biking, fishing, boating and kayaking.
South Lido Park Nature Center offers great views of the skyline of
downtown Sarasota and the Gulf. There are canoe trails that meander
through the mangroves in South Lido Park, as well as shaded picnic
areas among the Australian Pines.
