take a short walk to the center of town and enjoy all that downtown
Old Orchard has to offer such as: shopping, amusements, arcades, and
the large selection of concessions.

Peak Season (6/21/13 to 9/5/13): $1,400.00. USD per week. NO DAILY RENTALS
Off-Peak Season (5/24/13 to 6/20/13) and (9/6/13 to 10/14/13): $800. USD per week or $150. per night THREE NIGHT MIN.
All other Off-Peak: $800 USD per week, Available year round or $150. per night THREE NIGHT MIN.
THESE RATES DO NOT INCLUDE A 7% MAINE LODGING TAX
THIS CONDO IS AVAILABLE FOR A WINTER RENTAL FROM SEPT. TO MAY FOR $800. USD PER MONTH ALL INCLUSIVE. CALL FOR DETAILS
Reservation deposit of $300 required to secure week.
Full balance plus security deposit of $300 USD due 60 days before occupancy. This does not include the 7% maine lodging tax.
ALL RENTALS ARE FRIDAY TO FRIDAY to allow you a full weekend of
