Peak Season (6/18/10-9/6/10): $1,300.00. USD per week. NO DAILY RENTALS
Off-Peak Season (5/21/10-6/18/10) and (9/7/10/-10/15/10): $800. USD per week or $125. per night THREE NIGHT MIN.
All other Off-Peak: $650 USD per week, Available year round or $100. per night THREE NIGHT MIN.
THESE RATES DO NOT INCLUDE A 7% MAINE LODGING TAX
THIS CONDO IS AVAILABLE FOR A WINTER RENTAL FROM SEPT. TO MAY FOR $800. USD PER MONTH ALL INCLUSIVE. CALL FOR DETAILS
Reservation deposit of $300 required to secure week.
Full balance plus security deposit of $300 USD due 60 days before occupancy. This does not include the 7% maine lodging tax.
ALL RENTALS ARE FRIDAY TO FRIDAY to allow you a full weekend of
enjoyment, and to avoild weekend traffic.
