floor overlooking a small yacht basin below. The "L" shaped balcony
can be accessed from either the living room or master bedroom and is
the perfect spot for that morning cup of coffee. Two bedrooms offer
queen-sized beds and their own private bathrooms. There is also a
queen-sized sleep sofa in the Living Room.

Enjoy a glass of wine or evening beverage of choice up in the "Sunset Room" on the top floor with its spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the view without having a room with a balcony over noisy Gulf Boulevard. The best of both worlds!

The Disney/Universal Theme parks are less than a two hour drive and
Busch Gardens is a short 40-45 minute ride!
