If you are coming for business or convention, the building is across the street from the Ritz Carlton Battery Park Hotel and two blocks from the Marriott Hotel. It's a 10-12 minute subway ride to the Jacob Javits Center. (subway entrance is across from apartment building) The World Financial Center, Wall Street and the World Trade Center site (Ground Zero) are just down the street. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance and along the waterfront.

The building is located steps from the Statue of Liberty - Ellis Island Ferry, the Jewish Holocaust Museum and the Downtown Smithsonian Indian Museum. All are easy walking distances even for those usually not so inclined.

If you are wanting to see other parts of the city including Central Park and Times Square, everything is relatively close. All subways are within one to two block walks and buses and cabs always stop in front of the building. Very few destinations are more than 20 minutes away by subway, cab or bus.

Deposits are fully refundable via bank check if canceled outside 14 days of check-in, and are forfeited within 14 days of check-in.

We will only charge you a cleaning fee ($75.00, taken out of the security
deposit) if the unit is left untidy (or for missing items) and not in the original condition that you rented.  We ask that all trash is discarded and all personal belongings removed and that everything is left in its original state. Otherwise, there is no cleaning fee.
