Unit is all new as of June 2008 and includes a "King" sized Sealy Posturepedic Euro Pillow-Top Bed  
with 500 tc egyptian cotton sheets,  leather sofa with full size pullout (bed), large flat screen  
TV, dresser, full granite kitchen, marble bath, ample closet space, soaring 13 ft. ceilings and some  
of the best city views in all Manhattan (pictures below are actual views from apt.)  It's like a  
loft high in the sky. 
 
 
The building is across the street from the Ritz Carlton Hotel, Downtown Smithsonian Indian Museum,  
Jewish Holocaust Museum and the Statue of Liberty - Ellis Island Ferry.  It is two blocks from Wall  
St., the World Financial Center, and the World Trade Center site (GROUND ZERO).  Also, there are  
plenty of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance and along the waterfront.

additional fees.

Compare our price to that of an average hotel room for $250-500/night + sales/hotel taxes that add  
another 21.75% to your bill.  Our price is inclusive of everything....no hidden or additional  
fees!!   
 
 
*Please note that a $100.00 deposit is taken to hold the reservation and will be returned to you  
upon leaving the apt. in it's clean, undamaged and original condition. Holiday rental requires the  
equivalent of one night's rate to hold the reservation.   
 
** A $75 cleaning fee will ONLY be deducted from the security deposit if apartment is not left in  
clean condition. If everything is left tidy and undamaged, you will not incur a cleaning fee. 
 
*** Cancelation policy:  Deposit is fully refundable unless canceled within 14 days of check-in
