Vacation Rental Description

you're looking for on Martha's Vineyard. Located in the exclusive West 
Chop area, this home is an easy walk to Vineyard Haven town and 
beaches. Modern kitchen is fully equipped. A beautiful and private 
backyard with outdoor deck abutts the Sheriffs Meadow land 
conservation property. Upstairs Master Suite has a queen bed and 
private bath.Upstairs guest bedrooms include one full bedroom and one 
single bedroom that share a full bath. 1st floor Master suite with 
private bath has 2 single beds that can be coverted to a King Size 
bed. 
Pullout queen sofa bed in family room.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Central air conditioning, linens, private deck, 3 car garage, TV's, 
stereo, standard kitchen appliances-gas range, frig, microwave, etc.,
fireplace, Jacuzzi tub in Upstairs Master Bath, washer/dryer on main 
level, gas grill. Outdoor enclosed shower.

Activities and Attractions

Beaches and Main St., Vineyard Haven are within easy walking 
distance.
Plenty to do and see on Martha's Vineyard. Golf (Mink Meadows)and 
tennis are nearby.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates during May,June, September (after Labor Day) and October are 
$2750 per week. July and August are $3750 per week + $240 cleaning fee. Booking policy: 
50% deposit plus $500 refundable security deposit required.  Remainder due two 
months prior to arrival. Cancellation policy:  deposits will be 
refunded when the property is re-rented at the same rate and dates. 
$500 security deposit required. Additional cleaning fee will be 
assessed for smoking.
