single bedroom that share a full bath. 1st floor Master suite with
private bath has 2 single beds that can be coverted to a King Size
bed.

vacation rental rates
Rates during May,June, September (after Labor Day) and October are
$2800 per week. July and August are $3250 per week + $240 cleaning fee. Booking policy:
50% deposit plus $500 refundable security deposit required. Remainder due two
months prior to arrival. Cancellation policy: deposits will be
refunded when the property is re-rented at the same rate and dates.

assessed for smoking.
