and conveniently located near Broadway at the Beach and only a short 
drive to the Beach. 
 
This villa offers easy access to on-site golf, a variety of 
entertainment, restaurants, and many of the area’s most popular 
attractions. This is a beautiful condo overlooking the lake and golf 
course located on the second floor of a two story condo. It contains 
three bedrooms, two bath, one sofa bed and two full bathrooms. Whether 
you are a golfer, individual, family, this villa is your 
"me-away-from-home". The condo is in a prime location directly across 
from the community pool. Parking is located in front of the condo.
