California Craftsman style architecture with an East Coast flair
(think Marthas Vineyard, The Hamptons, Nantucket, etc. etc.). Overall
style of property is classic in its bones with plenty of upgrades to
also give it a hip, contemporary feel. Mission Hills is San Diego's
most central, convenient location.  You're a short walk to our
village, Old Town, local park, bars, restaurants, cafes, tennis
courts, public transportation and more.  Within 10 min. drive to
Mission Beach, Pacific Beach, Mission Bay, Coronado,etc....even less
to Downtown, Old Town, Balboa Park and the zoo.  No catches...just an
amazing historical home with all the bells and whistles at a very
affordable price.

Less I forget that property also comes with an option to rent a fully
renovated 1965 Ford Mustang convertible!!! (at a very reasonable
rate...sort of goes with the place).
