Vacation Rental Description

Casa Roja is a stunning private home located only two short blocks
from the beach on a quiet residential street in the traditional
Mexican village of Bucerias. Casa Roja at Las Casas de Los Colores is
one of two architecturally designed homes in a private private compound.

This stunning residence, with 2 bedrooms and 2 adjoining baths, is
just steps from the spectacular Bay of Banderas with its 14-mile long
white sand beach and is walking distance to nearby restaurants,
shopping and markets.

Casa Roja is a typical Mexican home that has been completely updated
and renovated. It offers all the modern conveniences including granite
counter tops in the kitchen, marble and stone bathrooms, generous
closets and large glass doors that open onto a covered terrace. All
these conveniences are completely in sync with the qualities of an
historic home that reflects a real "sense of place and community."

This newly renovated residence is sited around a large pool with
multi-leveled terraces and a playful fountain wall. It shares the
property with the newly constructed Casa Azul which has 3 bedroom and
3 baths. Casa Roja is set in a flowering landscape with mature coconut
palms and the compound is surrounded by vine covered wall, which
provide both security and privacy.

Vine covered Garden walls visually link and physically separate Casa
Roja and Casa Azul from one another to create a style and scale the
melds contemporary design with the local architectural vernacular. The
clever arrangement and relationship of these residences to one another
-each with its own entry - make them ideal to be rented either
individually to two unrelated guests or as a package to a larger group
or family.

Casa Roja has central air conditioning in every room. Ceiling fans in
all bedrooms, kitchen, and dining /living room. Satellite TV, free
phone access to USA and Canada, Mexican phone for local calls, and
wireless Internet.

Approximately 1200 square feet, or slightly more than 120 square
meters, of living space and terrace.

Two Bedrooms. One with queen bed and the other with two twins.
Over sized closets.

Two baths, each with large shower, stone counters & marble flooring.
Hair Dryers, Linens provided. Houskeeping service every other day but
Sunday.

Large living room and dining room that open up on to a covered veranda
for dining alfresco. Steps to the terrace and pool.

other additional needs ranging from household help to dining to touring.

ideal for casual gatherings and dining alfresco

Casa Roja is just fifteen minutes from the Puerto Vallarta Airport and
45 minutes from downtown Puerto Vallarta. This central location makes
it an ideal walking town with easy access by car or bus to PV and
other surrounding communities such as Punta Mita, Nuevo Vallarta, San
Pancho and Sayulita.
