counter tops in the kitchen, marble and stone bathrooms, generous
closets and large glass doors that open onto a covered terrace. All
these conveniences are completely in sync with the qualities of an
historic home that reflects a real "sense of place and community."

This newly renovated residence is sited around a large pool with
multi-leveled terraces and a playful fountain wall. It shares the
property with the newly constructed Casa Azul which has 3 bedroom and
3 baths. Casa Roja is set in a flowering landscape with mature coconut
palms and the compound is surrounded by vine covered wall, which
provide both security and privacy.

Vine covered Garden walls visually link and physically separate Casa
Roja and Casa Azul from one another to create a style and scale the
