Come experience all that St. Simons Island has to offer from this beautifully furnished
three bedroom, two bath home. The Red Door Cottage is located on a quiet cul-de-sac
just minutes from the beach and village and offers all the conveniences of home.
Explore the island on the beach cruiser bikes we've provided -- there is an extensive
network of bike paths. Take Rover for a walk in the park just down the street. Head to
the beach for some sun and surf (beach chairs and towels are provided). Enjoy a few
rounds of golf. Or just grill some burgers and relax on the patio.
However you decide to spend your days, we're sure you'll have a wonderful time enjoying
the laid back island life!
Refundable Security Deposit of $300 for a week or less, or $500 for a month is due
within seven days of booking. Deposit will be refunded within two weeks of departure
unless extra cleaning is required or there is damage to property.
Full payment for rental period is due two weeks prior to occupancy. Cancellation policy:
Thirty (30) days prior to arrival date for full refund. Fifteen (15) days prior to arrival date
for 50% refund.
