Vacation Rental Description

175 feet of level lake frontage. This charming year-round home in the heart of Finger lakes Wine 
Country, is on the East side of Seneca Lake gives you lots of outdoor space to enjoy. It has a large 
yard surrounded by privacy bushes (except for the lake-side) and a 50 foot dock with a boat hoist 
that holds a 35 foot boat. The sunsets are magnificent! Inside, on the first floor, is a combination 
living room-dining room, a sun-room for reading, a fully equipped kitchen, and a utility room with 
washer and dryer. Upstairs is a large master bedroom with a queen bed, a medium-sized bedroom with 
twin beds, and a small bedroom with a single bed. (sleeps 5 comfortably). We are situated 9 miles 
from Hobart and William Smith Colleges. This is an ideal setting for Parents' Weekend. Enjoy Indian 
Summer and beautiful Seneca Lake.
